Work directly with enterprise clients to design and implement OtoLab solutions. You’ll map business requirements to technical architecture, lead implementations, and make sure every deployment actually delivers the value it was scoped for.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise clients and translate needs into an implementation plan
- Design end-to-end architecture spanning integrations, data flows, and deployment topology
- Act as the technical point of contact throughout implementation, from kickoff to go-live
- Identify risks early and adjust scope or architecture before they become blockers
- Document architecture decisions so clients and internal teams can maintain the solution
Requirements
- Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise or mid-market clients
- Comfortable being the technical voice in client-facing conversations
- Broad systems knowledge: integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data architecture
- Strong written communication — you’ll produce architecture docs clients actually read
- Consulting, solutions engineering, or professional services background preferred
